ClipGrab has stopped working - What can I do?
Sometimes you might experience problems when downloading videos with ClipGrab.

Step 1: Update ClipGrab
Problems with ClipGrab usually occur when video websites have performed technical changes that break compatibility with ClipGrab.
So, please make sure that you are using the most recent version of ClipGrab as new versions often resolve those problems occurring with previous versions.
Step 2: Check your connection
Make sure that your Internet or Wifi connection is working without problems. ClipGrab cannot download videos if your connection is spotty or when you are offline.
Another common problem related to the connection occurs if you have activated a proxy server that is currently offline in the ClipGrab settings. Make sure no dysfunctional proxy server is activated in the settings.
